After launching the OnePlus 10 Pro and Bullets Wireless Z2 in India last week, the tech giant is preparing to launch a new smart TV with support for 4K and Dolby Atmos. The upcoming OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 43-inch has already been listed on the Amazon India website ahead of the official launch. The e-commerce listing reveals that the price of the OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 43-inch will be announced on April 7.
The OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 43-inch is listed with the ‘Notify Me’ option, clicking on which will provide stock details as soon as the device is available for purchase. The price and sale details will be announced later this week on the Amazon India website and the official OnePlus website.
The Amazon listing reveals some of the key features of the OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 43-inch and the highlight is the HDR10 support, which will allow users to stream content in 4K resolution. The company claims that the upcoming OnePlus smart TV will offer “more clarity”, “better colors”, and “dynamic contrast”.
OnePlus says that the upcoming smart TV will offer a bezel-less design with a visible chin. Though the company claims the smart TV will come “without borders”, it may be too good to be true in reality. The teaser shows slim bezels on the sides. The tech company also aims to deliver an enhanced sound experience with the OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 43-inch. The smart TV will feature 24W speakers with support from Dolby Atmos.
Additionally, teasers reveal that the upcoming OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 43-inch will come with support for Chromecast built-in, Netflix, Google Play, and more. And just like all other Android smart TVs from the company, this one too will also come with OxygenPlay, which offers a wide range of content.
The upcoming OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 43-inch is said to replace the existing 43-inch OnePlus Y series smart TV, which is currently available at Rs 25,899, but this 2020 model comes with full HD support. The exact pricing is yet to be revealed by the company.
