One injured, one charged in QW high school fight – Quinte News
A 14-year-old has been charged following a fight at a Quinte West High School that resulted in one person being taken to hospital.
OPP responded to the report of an assault at the school on Old Highway 2 during the noon hour on Friday.
Police say two students engaged in the fight.
One of the combatants was transported to hospital with a lower body injury.
A 14-year-old male from Belleville was charged with assault causing bodily harm and released on an undertaking.
Due to his age, the name of the accused will not be released.
